What this website is
Hills District Kitchens is a referral service for homeowners planning a kitchen renovation, makeover, butler's pantry or alfresco kitchen in the Hills District. You share your plans, a design consultation is organised, and the builder who would do the work provides a written, itemised quote.
We are not the builder, and we would rather be upfront about that.
The builder
Kitchen renovation work is carried out in partnership with Coastal Renovation Group, a licensed NSW builder. Licence and insurance details are provided on request, and you can check any contractor licence on the NSW Fair Trading public register.
Why kitchens for entertaining
Hills homes are built for family life and for hosting: open living areas, covered alfresco spaces, pools and backyards. A kitchen that works for a crowd is different to one that just works, and designing for that is the focus here.
What you will not find here
Made-up reviews. This website is new and has no ratings or testimonials to show yet.
Instant phone quotes. Our cost guide gives honest bands, but a real price needs a design and measure.
Engineered stone. It has been banned since 1 July 2024 and will not be offered.
Guaranteed approvals. Councils and owners corporations decide those.
How a project runs
Brief, design, selections, itemised quote, cabinetry manufacture, then three to five weeks on site. The maximum deposit in NSW is 10 per cent. See the design and build process.
