The details we receive
Enquiring by form or by phone means sharing some personal details with us: usually a name, contact number, email address, suburb and a note about the kitchen project. Calls to our number pass through a call-tracking service and may be recorded to help us respond and improve our service.
At a design consultation you might also share photos, floor plans, appliance lists, inspiration images or strata documents.
This website never asks for payment card, bank account or identification details. Please do not include them in an enquiry.
Why we collect them
So your enquiry can be answered: a call back, a design consultation, a quote and any follow-up about your kitchen project.
Sharing with the builder
We are a referral website. Your enquiry is passed to the licensed builder we partner with so they can contact you, meet with you and prepare a quote. Once you are dealing with the builder directly, their own privacy practices apply to what you give them.
Where asbestos may be present, details can be shared with a licensed asbestos removalist and with regulators where required by law.
Technology providers
We rely on outside providers for web hosting, call handling and enquiry management software. They handle data on our behalf and under our instructions.
Personal information is not sold to anyone.
Keeping and deleting records
Enquiry information is held for as long as needed to respond and to satisfy legal obligations, and then removed or de-identified.

Access and complaints
Call 02 4404 0243 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to request deletion. If a privacy concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner can take a complaint.
